On the Grit Finally after a month of bad weather i went out for session on the Grit with Matt and Dom from the Climbing Works. We had a great day cruising around aparant north at Stanage holding slopers and despatching high balls. It was great to be out. Lu and i have just been to our last wedding of the year ( number 5 of the year ) it plays havoc with the training. Time to get psyced as the new volume wall at the works is awesome and ive got a project on volumes only.
