Barcelona sonar 2007 Well, I'm now back training like a demon at the works. I have just got back from a welcomed break in Barcelona. Every year I have a full week off climbing to let my body fully recover from any aches pains etc. This was the fourt time we have been to the Sonar music festival and it was as good as ever.
